Where does the data come from? +
The synthetic population is generated from Türkiye's public population and sociological survey statistics. Licensed data sources are kept confidential; raw tables are never republished.
Do you use real individual data? +
No. All agents are synthetic — no profile is built about anyone. GDPR/KVKK core argument: we operate on system-generated statistics, not real human data.
Is this an EU AI Act high-risk system? +
Annex III article 8(a) is potentially applicable (democratic process influence). Our position: decision support, not autonomous. Conformity assessment file will be completed before launch; all LLM calls are audit-logged for 12 months.
Can it target individuals? +
No. VoxSim is not designed for individual targeting or psychological profiling. The Optimizer returns only a single final variant — shaping the same message differently for different audiences is not supported as a matter of ethics policy.
What if opposing parties use the same system? +
No technical block initially, but every workspace is fully isolated. Once we reach a certain client scale, acceptance of clients with conflicting interests becomes subject to admin approval. Customer data is never cross-visible.
Am I buying or renting? +
Monthly SaaS subscription. Atölye/Saha/Karargah; Karargah+ project contract (6 months). EUR billing via Stripe; Turkish customers pay EUR at the day's rate.
What is the cancellation and refund policy? +
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; they expire at the end of the current period. No partial-month refunds. Karargah+ project contracts are subject to separate terms.
How long is my data retained? +
Simulation and report data is retained for 12 months. LLM audit logs are kept for 12 months as required by the EU AI Act. Upon subscription expiry, you may request deletion within 30 days.
How can I get a demo or pilot? +
Once your application is approved (3–5 business days), a 14-day free trial activates automatically — no card required. For managed Karargah or Karargah+ pilots, email [email protected].
Which AI model is used? +
Google Gemini is used exclusively. Providers from China, Russia, or sanctioned jurisdictions are strictly excluded. The audit log records which model served each simulation.
Is there a minimum contract term? +
Atölye, Saha, and Karargah are month-to-month; annual pricing discount is planned for next quarter. Karargah+ is a 6-month project contract. Cancellation notice period is 30 days.
Ethics
VoxSim is a decision-support tool — not a propaganda weapon. It does not build individual user profiles, micro-target, or generate manipulative content.
