Synthetic population only
Real personal data is not used. 312 demographic cells and 10,000+ agents are derived via Dirichlet sampling from TÜİK + LKA statistics. Zero PII risk.
EU AI Act compliance
Every LLM call leaves an LlmCallAudit record (Annex IV §6). Annex III Article 8(a) may apply to systems that can influence democratic processes; our position is a decision-support tool, not autonomous. Transparency obligations (Art. 50, 52) and a 12-month audit log are provided in all cases.
T-10 election blackout window
In accordance with YSK law, the synthetic poll module is automatically disabled when fewer than 10 days remain before an upcoming election.

Mandatory watermarked PDFs
All report PDFs carry a recipient-specific visible and steganographic watermark. Synthetic Poll (Module K) and Crisis (Module B) reports additionally include a “SYNTHETIC SIMULATION — NOT A PUBLIC OPINION POLL” disclaimer frame and automatically expire after 30 days; other report types are subject to 180-day retention cleanup.

Customer simulations, results, or policy inputs are not sold, shared, or used to train another customer’s model.
